5th Annual Streets to Homes 5K Run/Walk

On September 30, 2023, Bridges Outreach hosted its 5th Annual Bridges ‘Streets-to-Homes 5K Walk & Run’ in Summit and, despite rainy weather, more than 100 participants crossed the finish line.
Other events of the day included a ‘Kids Fun Run’, a rejuvenating ‘Burn & Flow’ class led by The Goodburn, and stations to meet event sponsors and pack lunches for distribution during Bridges’ streets-based case management.
Thanks to event sponsorships as well as individual and team fundraising efforts, the event raised over $36,000 to end chronic homelessness in Union and Essex Counties.
