The Path Home: Collaborating Across Our Community is the City of Newark's plan to end chronic homelessness in the City of Newark.

This comprehensive data-driven plan developed by more than 100 partners and aims to end chronic homelessness in Newark over next three years.

It seeks to establish a cooperative structure to address the multiple needs of residents without addresses such as temporary and permanent housing, employment, medical and behavioral health care, and support services.

Why Us

We will meet you where you are, whether you need a shower, a clean set of clothes, a meal, or the path back to a roof over your head.

We are here for you every step of the way, from getting you a shower and a clean pair of clothes to finding you permanent housing.
