Soup Warming for Outreach Runs

Are you ready to help?
Volunteers amplify our impact
immeasurably with consistent
commitment to our mission. From packing lunches and making soup to the distribution of hygiene kits, our volunteers are the heart of these initial encounters with people experiencing chronic homelessness.

Every weekend volunteers arrive at the Summit kitchen to heat soup for the Bridges Outreach Runs. The soup is placed in hot containers and given out to Bridges clients.

This warming process takes less than an hour and is a very easy way to give back to the Bridges community.

All adults, teens, and younger children (with parental supervision) are welcome to help.  Although this may seem like a small contribution, a hot cup of is essential, especially during the colder months.

If you are new volunteer to Bridges, please sign up using the Volunteer Interest form below.
