How Your Information May Be Used
We use your information to provide you with personalized service, to send email alerts to you, to answer your requests, to mail information or donation requests to you, to schedule and arrange a street Run, etc. We may also use your on-line information to track visitors to our website. This lets us see which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve users’ needs. It also lets us provide aggregate data about our traffic (not identifying you personally, but showing how many visitors used which features, for example) to outside parties. You may choose to opt out at any time as described below, which will cease all communications from us.
Bridges Outreach provides users with the ability to opt-out of communications. Users can choose to opt-out of any or all communications through any of the following methods:
- Call us at 908-273-0176
- Send us a request via postal mail to:
PO Box 1444
Summit, NJ 07902
- Click on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our mass emails to stop further electronic communications.
When contacting us, please be sure to include any information that will help us identify you in our database, such as full name, home address, or email address. In addition, please specify which communications (i.e., email only, or all) you no longer wish to receive.
Bridges Outreach does not trade, share or sell any donor or supporter information to anyone outside the organization, nor will we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations, except: (i) to provide products or services you’ve requested through us; (ii) in response to a validly-issued subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (iii) when necessary to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal action; or (iv) where you request us to do so.
